Leña at Mercado Little Spain brings a Spanish touch to the burger scene with the Txuleburger. As they say, “if Spaniards had invented burgers…”

  • The Burger: Txuleburger (Tier 3). An 8oz 60-day dry-aged ribeye burger cooked over charcoal and then topped with American cheese, their secret sauce, and pickled green peppers. It's a darn good one, unlike anything you’ve ever eaten before - a must try.

  • Pro Tip: The Chef recommends medium rare, and so do I. Order the fries (not included with the burger) - they are super crispy and topped with blistered green peppers.

  • The Occasion & Vibe: Date Night / Reservations Recommended. Leña is located within Mercado Little Spain, a Spanish food hall with multiple different restaurants. The food hall offers a super casual and fun setting, with Leña specifically providing a more upscale vibe.

  • The Location: Hudson Yards, 10th Avenue & West 30th Street. Access them via the lower level of The Shops at Hudson Yards or via 30th Street underneath the High Line.
