Linwood Inn Tap House delivers a burger and sports bar experience that's worth the journey.
The Burger: Crispy Onion Burger with American Cheese (Tier 3). A massive, loosely packed, super juicy burger served on a squishy sesame seed Kaiser roll. Served with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and what else…a pile of crispy onions (I suggest adding mayo). Burgers come with a side of their seasoned crinkle-cut fries, or you can substitute onion rings.
Pro Tip: The menu here is LEGIT. Eat. It. All! They have over 15 different burgers on the menu and everything else your stomach can desire. The pizzas are a must, ranked an 8.2 by Dave Portnoy. In his words, “This place rules!”
The Occasion & Vibe: With Drinks. This is the definition of a sports bar with massive TVs and memorabilia all around. Literally, there's no spot in the house where you won’t have a great view of at least 10 TVs. It's one of the best places for a game anywhere. At only a 15-minute train ride from NY Penn and down the block from the station, it’s more than worth the trip.
